The kitchen room, one of a kind and Cristal’s feather in the cap, combines in a wide space the functions of 6 home kitchens with those of a traditional focus group room. The over 35 square metres are in fact equipped with:

FOCUS GROUPS WITH PRODUCT TRIAL

Qualitative research where the classic focus group methodology is complemented by a cooking and tasting session of the products in test done by consumers firsthand.

PRODUCT TESTS

The kitchen room is used to store and cook the products to be tested by consumers who taste and evaluate them, seated in up to 14 stations split between the focus group room and the 2 viewing rooms.

INTERVIEWS WITH CHILDREN AND TEENS

A familiar and reassuring environment such as your home kitchen where targets less used to being interviewed can really feel comfortable.

INDIVIDUAL INTERVIEWS OR MINI-GROUPS

Ideal when you are looking for a more cosy and energizing and less formal setting than a  focus group room, to favour one-to-one or mini-groups interaction with the moderator.

A RESTAURANT WITHIN THE FACILITY

When there are  no tests going on, we use our kitchen to cook lunch or dinner for our Customers who can have their meals seated across the table set with ceramic plates: a small restaurant within the facility.

COOKING CLASSES

The individual cooking stations make the kitchen ideal for cooking classes either one-to- one or in small groups with the opportunity to videorecord all the session.

The adjacent viewing room, with its raised floor, enables Clients to see all the cooking units with a  bird’s-eye view through a maxi one-way mirror and it also provides a balcony for smokers.
